Beginners in the DAC program generally start in our summer band session. Any students beginning their music instruction in the fall (rather than the summer) will need to set up private lessons – this way they can get individual help in order to move to where the rest of the year’s beginners will be.
During the summer, DAC Band offers lessons at the following locations: students in the Chesterton area may attend summer classes at St. Patrick Schoolin Chesterton, students in the Michigan City area may attend lessons at Trinity Episcopal Church in Michigan City and students in the LaPorte area may attend lessons at Sacred Heart Church in LaPorte.
Band sign up meetings are Wednesday May 30th - Trinity Episcopal Church (6th and Franklin Michigan City 46360) 5:00-6:00pm and St. Patrick School (640 N. Calumet Road Chesterton 46304) 7:30-8:30pm.
